| Tasting
notes |
Crimson
with ruby tones, covered with colour, the tones
still alive, clean and bright. Offers fruity aromas
with spicy hints and a balanced reminder of its
long spell in French oak.
Full-flavoured, harmonious, oily and smooth in
the mouth, the alcohol and acidity are balanced
out with the tannins, both natural and those acquired
in aging. Great sensation of maturity in the mouth.
Long, complex undertones confirm its great character. |
| Recommendations |
Serve between
16ºC and 20ºC. Recommended for meat
and game dishes, cured cheeses and Spanish cured
meats. |
